We utilize a ticket system to accurately record and track all consumer information. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress of your claim.

You will be asked for your e mail address and a ticket number and then a link will be sent to your email you originally registered. Once you have opened the link, you may type additional information about your claim or click on "choose them" to add pictures from your computer.
